Refund and Returns Policy

At Timeless Treasure Creations, every piece is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Because many of our items are personalised or custom-made, we want to be transparent about our returns and refund policy.

Custom & Personalised Orders

• All customised and made-to-order products (including resin art and personalised gifts) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
• Please ensure all names, dates, designs, or personalisation details provided are accurate at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Non-Custom Items

• For ready-made, non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
• We may request photos of the product and packaging for quality and courier claims.
• Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations

• Orders for customised products can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, work may already have begun, and cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to your bank account within 7–10 business days after approval and appropriate documentation submitted.
