Refunds

Refunds are only accepted within 7 days of purchase, but we will look at each request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us using the contact form.

Requests must be made within 7 days of your order. Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up the review process. Your request will be reviewed within 3 days and we will notify you via email of the results. Please ensure that the email you use on the contact form is accurate and reachable.

Prices

The prices indicated on Timeless Treasure Creations are shown in ZAR (South African Rands). Your bank may charge you in ZAR or your local currency. We are not liable for any variations in the exchange rate on your date of purchase, as this is completely out of our control. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment, but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.

Availability

We will always endeavor to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 7 days following the date of payment. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. This does not include not having access to your email, as we can amend your email address and resend your product links.

Timeless Treasure Creations currently offers payment via Debit/Credit Cards. These payments are processed securely through Yoco. We do not have access to your card details in any form.
